I have the one, the only, the original real deal, often imitated, never regulated, artist extraordinaire, Mr. Roy Gonzales, on my show, and I couldn't be more stoked. I’ve done almost 20 episodes so far of "Talk To The Dr." and I’ve been having so much fun rappin' out with so many cool characters. But ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, freaks, geeks, legends, and weirdos... this episode is one for the ages, my friends. We dive straight into a free-flowing rant that covers everything from his memories of my high school wardrobe choices to the roots of Have A Chips and the Hare Krishna days in Laguna Beach. Roy talks about chatting with God, and how God talks back like when he tells you to paddle back out after a wipeout. Because if you don’t, you won’t catch any more waves. It’s as simple as that… and Roy ties that to life’s ups and downs in the most metaphorical, meaningful way. Such cool stuff and I’m literally having so much fun; it doesn’t even seem fair that I get to do this for my job. But like they say (whoever they are), someone’s gotta do it... right?
